FIRMBACKBONE transitioning from a project to an infrastructure
With the transition from a project to an infrastructure, FIRMBACKBONE has gotten a lasting character. This is great for researchers interested in any kind of data on Dutch legal organisations.
To celebrate the transition, we organised a meeting that placed researchers interested in firm data together in one room. Six short pitches (10 minute talk and 10 minutes discussion) were showcases what the infrastructure can be used for.
The passing from project to infrastructure was marked by the deans of the UU and the VU signing a partnership agreement regarding FIRMBACKBONE.
The kick-off took place on 15 January 2026 14:00-16:00 at Utrecht University Drift 25 room 103.
